(The tablet alternative)

• Internet connection: Works over Wi-Fi at home, or via your phone's hotspot when you're out.
• Best for: Families who'll mostly use the Flip at home, or who are usually together with their kid when out and about.

• Internet connection: Built-in LTE on top of Wi-Fi, so the Flip stays online even when there's no Wi-Fi nearby.
• Independence: Your kid can use voice messaging, music and audiobooks on their own when they're out without you — walking to school, at a friend's house, in the park.
• SIM options: Use our built-in eSIM with the NODI data plan, or pop in a nano-SIM from your own provider — whichever you prefer.

Listening and learning offline

Whichever variant you choose, the Flip works beautifully without an internet connection too:

• Royalty-free audio stories are available for offline download

• Most learning content can also be downloaded to listen offline

• So the Flip stays fully usable on long car journeys, on planes, in the countryside, or anywhere else with patchy signal.

Colours and sleeves

The standard Flip comes in a bright, sunny yellow. And because every child has a favourite colour, we've made the sleeve swappable. Optional sleeves are available in:

Swapping is genuinely easy: peel the old sleeve off, click the new one on, done. If your kid's favourite colour changes (and it will), you can change with them.

Tracking Handle with Apple Find My and Google Find Hub

You asked for it, so we built it. The optional Tracking Handle works with both Apple's Find My ("Where is?") network and Google's Find Hub on Android, so you can locate your kid's Flip whenever you need to.

With the optional Tracking Handle you can:

• Play a sound to find the Flip when it's somewhere nearby (under the sofa cushion, again)
